Abstract

The main purpose of this research is to investigate the employees’Organizational Commitment, Industrial Relations Climate and JobSatisfaction from one taken-over media according to the Radio andTelevision Act regulations. The results showed that: being line/staff, thenearly retired, the highly paid seniors and the lower paid juniors whoperceive the new management differently. The employees take the station asa bland which is not equal to the new management. Thus, the moreorganizational commitment they have, the more opposite industrial relationsclimate they hold, which is so different from the previous studies.
