Abstract

Before caring the literary drama- ‘Crystal Boys’, PTS planed to edit the scenes of drama described the lovemaking between 2 males. PTS assumed those are not proper for presenting in prime time, 8: 00 pm. Then publics entered a protest against the decision through the website of PTS. This study examined that how the program production system of PTS imagine the publics and make itself responsible for them?

After this, this study also demonstrated that publics were the viewers and treated as such was not proper for PTS making itself responsible. It needed to reconsider the new relationship between television and publics.
